So…yeah. There’s not much else to say here. Other than this brief transcript:
C: OMG let’s candy lemon slices!
M: Great idea Catherine! I’ll boil 11/2 C water and 1/2 C sugar!
C: Great Mara, I’ll slice the lemons and then put them in the hot sugar water!
*****1 Hour Later******
C&M: Oh. They look so…sticky.
Ok, so it wasn’t our most exciting post. In fact we nearly fell asleep while writing it. But lesson learned, sometimes the kitchen isn’t the most exciting room in the house.
